Deputy Director
Supports the Executive Director in overseeing day-to-day operations, national projects, and team coordination. Ensures smooth execution of EFF’s strategic plan.

Director of Membership & Expansion
Oversees all aspects of national membership growth, retention, and engagement. Leads recruitment efforts for new members, develops strategies to strengthen member benefits, and collaborates with chapters to expand EFF’s reach nationwide. Works closely with the Executive Director and Campus Chapter Coordinators to open new chapters and strengthen existing ones. 

Email & Communications Support Team
Manages national email inboxes, responds to inquiries, drafts professional communications, and keeps members, partners, and donors informed.

Campus Chapter Coordinators
Serve as liaisons between EFF Headquarters and campus chapters nationwide, ensuring chapter success, compliance, and engagement.

Partnerships Manager
Builds and maintains relationships with corporate, nonprofit, and higher education partners to expand EFF’s reach and funding base.

Grant Writer
Researches, writes, and submits grant proposals to secure funding for EFF programs, scholarships, and national operations.

Communications Manager
Oversees messaging, press releases, newsletters, and brand storytelling across all platforms.

Social Media Manager / Content Creator
Develops engaging posts, reels, and campaigns to grow EFF’s digital presence and inspire action.

Brand & Design Coordinator
Ensures all materials, graphics, and chapter resources are on-brand and visually aligned with EFF’s mission.

Research & Evaluation Coordinator
Collects and analyzes feedback, data, and metrics from chapters, members, and national initiatives. Conducts research to identify trends in college retention, program impact, and areas for improvement. Prepares reports and recommendations to strengthen EFF programs, partnerships, and outreach. Works closely with leadership to ensure decisions are data-informed and aligned with EFF’s mission.

Prayer Team Members
Provide spiritual covering for EFF, interceding for students, leaders, and national initiatives. Help lead online and in-person prayer efforts.
