Help run the engine that serves students nationwide. Our National Team works behind the scenes to power scholarships, campus chapters, partnerships, and faith-based support so students — especially those from underrepresented communities — can graduate strong. All volunteer roles**
Current Openings
- Program Directors (2) – Oversee and manage major national initiatives and programs. Ensure alignment with the mission, track chapter progress, and report outcomes.
- Conflict Resolution Chairs (2) – Facilitate conflict management across chapters, providing mediation and fair resolutions while maintaining respect and mission alignment.
- National Membership & Engagement Chairs (2) – Lead recruitment and retention efforts, maintain member engagement through events, communications, and virtual or in-person programming.
- Director of Women’s Initiatives (1) – Lead female-focused programming such as Pretty Girls Who Serve, developing content, events, and mentorship opportunities.
- Director of Men’s Initiatives (1) – Lead male-focused programming such as Chosen Men Who Serve, creating content, events, and mentorship opportunities.
- Director of Fundraising & Development (1–2) – Develop strategies to secure donations, sponsorships, and grants. Manage national fundraising campaigns and oversee donor relations.
- Director of Partnerships & Workshops (1–2) – Identify and secure partners for workshops, coordinate speakers, and manage workshop delivery across chapters.
- National Relationships Chair (1) – Serve as the liaison for donors, community partners, and external organizations. Maintain strong relationships and build a network to support national initiatives.
