All members, leaders, advisors, volunteers, ambassadors, and affiliates of any Esther Funds Foundation collegiate chapter are required to review and fully adhere to this National Code of Conduct and Chapter Governance Policy.
By joining Esther Funds Foundation in any capacity, you agree to uphold the ethical, spiritual, legal, and behavioral standards outlined in this document. Participation in EFF is a privilege—not a right—and failure to comply with these standards may result in suspension, removal, or permanent disassociation.
Esther Funds Foundation is not liable for the personal actions, misconduct, or violations committed by individual members, advisors, or chapters. All chapters function under the authority of EFF National Headquarters and are required to operate in alignment with national directives, university policies, and nonprofit regulations.
This policy is legally binding and is reviewed annually. Any student, advisor, or affiliate who chooses to disregard these expectations does so at their own risk and may be subject to disciplinary or legal action.

All officially recognized Esther Funds Foundation chapters must submit a Chapter Compliance Report at the end of each academic semester to maintain active chapter status.
Your Compliance Report verifies your chapter’s campus impact, community outreach, leadership engagement, and adherence to national standards.
Before submitting your form to request a recruitment window for your chapter, you must complete Membership Recruitment and Induction Training and fully understand the national process.
Before hosting any Membership Recruitment activities, all chapters are required to complete and submit this form for approval by Esther Funds Foundation National Headquarters.
Important: Your Executive Board must complete the required Membership Recruitment Training before submitting this form.
