Esther Funds Foundation ("EFF," "we," "our," or "us") is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization committed to protecting your privacy, maintaining transparency, and ensuring that all parties engaging with us do so lawfully and in alignment with our values.

By accessing or using our website, participating in our programs, applying for opportunities, donating, or engaging with us in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms, conditions, code of conduct, and governing bylaws of the Esther Funds Foundation. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action or removal from any affiliation with the Foundation.

EFF may collect the following types of personal and institutional information:

• Name, email address, phone number, and physical address
• School or university affiliation
• Application materials, program engagement, and service history
• Donation records and payment information (secured by third-party processors)
• Volunteer activity and form submissions

• Process scholarship and program applications

...shall be considered a breach of trademark and organizational law. Violators may be subject to civil or criminal prosecution.

By engaging with EFF in any way—whether by:

• Volunteering or joining a chapter
• Donating or interacting via social media

...you acknowledge and agree to uphold the official National Constitution & Bylaws and Code of Conduct of EFF. These documents govern behavior, organizational standards, conflict resolution, branding policies, and spiritual expectations.

Any individual or group found in violation of these standards may be removed, barred from future engagement, or referred for legal action.

No individual may serve as a leader, volunteer, ambassador, or chapter member while simultaneously operating or planning to launch a competing organization or faith-based program with a similar mission. Misuse of EFF's branding, resources, or programs will result in immediate legal response.

Users may request to:

• Access, update, or delete their data
• Opt out of communication at any time

All matters related to the use of this website, programs, or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes must first attempt to be resolved through formal mediation. If unresolved, legal proceedings may be initiated in a Florida court of law.

EFF reserves the right to:

• Deny access to programs or online platforms
• Revoke chapter or individual affiliation
• Remove or restrict public access to any content
• Pursue legal action against any party who violates these terms, misrepresents EFF, or disrupts its spiritual and nonprofit integrity

By continuing to browse our website or engage with the Esther Funds Foundation in any form, you are bound to these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease interaction. Failure to comply may result in permanent removal, legal action, and disqualification from current or future opportunities.
