Our Story

The Esther Funds Foundation (EFF) was founded in 2023 by Shayna Vincent, a visionary determined to prevent college dropouts among first-generation, minority, and low-income students. Drawing inspiration from the biblical Book of Esther, Shayna recognized the profound need for support systems that empower students to overcome academic, financial, and personal challenges.

Officially incorporated on January 23, 2024—now celebrated annually as Founders Day—EFF has rapidly expanded its reach, establishing over 10 collegiate chapters across the United States. Through faith-based initiatives, mentorship programs, and future emergency support services, EFF is committed to ensuring that every student's future is fulfilled.

EFF Identity & Symbolism Official Colors: Royal Purple – Symbolizing the Book of Esther, advocacy, leadership, and the fight against college dropouts White – Representing the Holy Spirit, renewal, and spiritual purity Emblem: The Dove – A symbol of peace and God’s presence, reflecting our faith-
