The EFF Community Circle is the heart of our student community at Esther Funds Foundation. It brings together two signature affinity groups — Pretty Girls Who Serve (PGWS) for women and Chosen Men Who Serve (CMS) for men — to create a supportive, faith-led space for connection, service, leadership, and belonging.
This program is designed to help students build lifelong friendships, grow spiritually, and stay motivated on their college journey while working together to prevent college dropouts on their campuses and nationwide.

Pretty Girls Who Serve is the women’s sisterhood inside the EFF Community Circle — a Christ-centered community of college women who serve, lead, and uplift each other while advancing EFF’s mission of college dropout prevention.

PGWS creates safe, warm, feminine spaces where women can connect, decompress, and find encouragement.
Our recent Dearest Woman of God Brunch brought together EFF members for prayer, fellowship, mentorship, and deep conversations about identity, purpose, and persistence in college.
These brunches help college women feel seen, supported, and spiritually strengthened — which is a big part of keeping them enrolled and encouraged.

PGWS offers:
This creates a safe space for women to grow spiritually and academically while navigating the pressures of college life.

Each year, PGWS runs a powerful sisterhood-led scholarship competition that:
This competition is one of the most impactful fundraising and awareness events of the year and continues to grow nationally.

PGWS actively helps raise money for:
Every dollar raised helps a student stay in school.
PGWS is known across campuses as “The Friends of EFF” because they show up for the mission, support EFF events, and champion the work behind the scenes.

Open to all female EFF members across all EFF chapters.

Chosen Men Who Serve is the men’s brotherhood within the EFF Community Circle — a growing community of male students committed to leadership, service, character, and academic success.
CMS is designed to give men a space to connect, serve, and support EFF’s mission of preventing college dropouts, especially among male students who often face unique pressures in college.
CMS creates a safe space for young men to:
Members participate in EFF service events and community initiatives.
As CMS grows, more leadership roles and service projects will be added chapter by chapter.
