REACH is a signature initiative of the Esther Funds Foundation that provides free care packages to underrepresented college students facing challenges that put their education at risk. Through essential items, resources, and genuine encouragement, REACH helps students feel seen, valued, and equipped to keep going.

Our Mission: To support college student retention by providing care, resources, and encouragement to students who need it most.

 Every letter is a principle to carry through your educational journey:

• R — Reach Out. Seeking help is not weakness; it's the first courageous step.
• E — Engage Your Community. Build connections with peers, mentors, and support networks.
• A — Access Resources. Use the support and opportunities available to you.
• C — Care for Your Mental Health. Wellness and self-care are part of success.
• H — Hold On. Stay resilient. Your degree is worth the journey.

REACH serves students experiencing circumstances that put them at risk of leaving school, including:

• Financial hardship
• Food insecurity
• Mental health challenges
• First-generation student barriers
• Foster care or former foster youth
• African American & underrepresented students
• Any circumstance that makes finishing school harder
