Greetings,
My name is Madison Estacio, and I’m truly honored to introduce myself as part of this inspiring community. I am currently a second-year Logistics and Supply Chain Management major from Jacksonville, Florida. One of my absolute favorite pastimes is listening to music—it’s my way of unwinding and connecting with different emotions and perspectives. But that’s not all! I also have a passion for praise dancing, and it’s been such a blessing to share this gift through our collegiate ministry.
Joining the Esther Funds Foundation has been an incredible experience already. Being surrounded by such driven, compassionate people who are dedicated to making a positive impact on college students' lives is both empowering and motivating. I’m excited to start this new journey with EFF, knowing that together we’ll make a real difference, grow in leadership, and keep God at the center of all we do.
Thank you all for welcoming me into this amazing group. I look forward to connecting and working alongside each of you!
Tiana Johnson, a second-year Pre-Pharmacy scholar from Houma, Louisiana, is dedicated to supporting students who face similar challenges she has encountered. As a first-generation, low-income, and minority college student, Tiana understands the struggles of navigating higher education without guidance or resources.
Tiana's journey has been marked by resilience and determination. Without a support system to rely on, she had to independently navigate college, seeking answers and solutions to obstacles that arose. Her financial situation added another layer of complexity, as she heavily relied on scholarships and grants to fund her education.
However, attending a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) has been a game-changer for Tiana. The sense of community and connection with peers who share similar experiences has been invaluable. She has found a supportive network that understands the unique challenges she faces, providing opportunities for growth, connection, and empowerment. Through her involvement with the Esther Funds Foundation, Tiana aims to pay it forward, helping others who are walking a similar path.
