 At the Esther Funds Foundation, we understand the transformative power of mentorship. Our program is designed to connect Florida A&M University (FAMU) undergraduates with accomplished alumni, providing guidance, support, and valuable insights to help students navigate their academic and professional journeys.  

Program Overview:

The Heritage Handshake program offers a range of flexible mentorship options to cater to the diverse needs of our students. Participants can choose from online, in-person, and fully asynchronous mentorship formats. Our goal is to ensure that every student can benefit from this invaluable resource, regardless of their schedule or location.

Our Vision:

While Heritage Handshake is currently available exclusively to FAMU students, we have a broader vision. We aim to expand this program to universities and colleges across the nation, ensuring that students everywhere can benefit from the wisdom and experience of alumni mentors.
